01How do quests track?
Start a quest through Play for Pay on an eligible device. The campaign partner reports eligible milestones back to your quest record, where you can follow each status.
02When is a reward confirmed?
A reward becomes available after the campaign partner confirms that the stated milestone and eligibility requirements were completed. Confirmation timing varies by quest.
03How is my information used?
We use the information needed to operate your account, track eligible quest activity, prevent abuse, provide support, and meet legal obligations. The Privacy Policy explains this in detail.
04What happens if tracking fails?
Contact support with the quest name, completion time, device information, and supporting screenshots. Evidence helps us connect your case to the correct campaign record.
