01

Agreement and scope

Play for Pay is operated by Apptrust Sp. z o.o. ("Play for Pay," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to the Play for Pay website, mobile app, player account, rewarded quests, support, and related services.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Notice, the Player Rules of Participation, and the specific rules shown for each quest you choose. If an offer-specific rule conflicts with these terms, that rule controls only for that quest. Mandatory rights under applicable law always take priority.

02

Who may use Play for Pay

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter this agreement, use the service for yourself, and be physically located in a country where Play for Pay is available. You must follow the laws that apply where you live and where you use the service.

A quest may be limited by country, device, operating system, new-player status, campaign capacity, or other clearly displayed criteria. Account access does not mean every quest will be available to you.

03

Your account

Create one player account using accurate, current information. Keep your sign-in details secure, do not share or transfer your account, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed it. You are responsible for activity through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We may ask you to confirm information that is reasonably needed for eligibility, account security, fraud prevention, tax reporting, or payout processing. We will handle that information as described in the Privacy Notice.

04

Choosing and starting a quest

Before you start, each quest should show the eligible action, reward, deadline, country and device requirements, new-player conditions, any purchase requirement, and other material limits. Review those details and choose only quests that suit you.

Start through the tracked Play for Pay button or link and continue on the eligible device. Activity that begins outside the tracked path may not be connected to your account, even when the same game or app is used.

05

Tracking and reward status

Play for Pay uses reports from game publishers, advertisers, and attribution partners to match eligible activity to your quest. Your record may show that progress is tracking, confirming, available, or reversed. These stages help you see what is happening while partner checks are completed.

Tracking and confirmation times vary by quest. A progress update is not final approval, but you can ask support to review a missing or unexpected status. We will use the displayed quest rules, partner records, account eligibility, and any authentic evidence you provide when reviewing it.

06

Rewards and payouts

A reward is earned when the required action is completed within the quest rules, verified by the relevant records, and marked available in your Play for Pay balance. Before you request a payout, we will show the available method, any minimum balance, expected processing time, and any fee charged by Play for Pay. A payout provider may apply its own disclosed terms.

A confirmed reward may be corrected or reversed only for a valid reason, such as a refund or chargeback, duplicate attribution, processing error, ineligible activity, or a substantiated rules violation. Where appropriate, we will show the reason and provide a support review path.

07

Purchases and third-party charges

Many quests do not require a purchase. If a purchase is required for a particular milestone, the quest must say so before you start. Never spend more than you are comfortable spending, and do not make a purchase solely because you expect a reward.

Games, app stores, payment providers, and advertisers are separate services with their own prices, refund rules, and terms. Unless Play for Pay is clearly identified as the seller, questions about an in-game purchase or app-store charge should be directed to the seller that processed it.

08

Fair use

Complete quests through normal, genuine play. Do not use duplicate or shared accounts, bots, scripts, click automation, fabricated evidence, false identity or location information, manipulated devices, unauthorized payment methods, collusion, or any method designed to imitate eligible activity.

Do not interfere with tracking, security, campaign measurement, another person’s account, or the reliable operation of the service. The Player Rules of Participation give practical examples and form part of these terms.

09

Reviews and account action

We may pause a reward or temporarily limit an account while we review a genuine security, eligibility, payment, or fair-play concern. We will act proportionately, consider the available records, and provide notice and a reason when it is lawful and safe to do so.

Material or repeated violations may result in a rejected reward, suspension, or account closure. You may ask support to review a decision. Confirmed balances will be handled according to these terms and applicable law, subject to unresolved chargebacks, legal restrictions, or substantiated fraud.

10

Support and evidence

If a quest does not update as expected, contact us with the quest name, milestone, approximate completion time, device, and any authentic evidence you are permitted to share. Do not send passwords, full card details, bank-login credentials, or unrelated sensitive information.

Our goal is to connect your request to the right partner record and give you a clear outcome. Evidence helps us investigate but cannot replace a required partner event when the quest rules depend on that event. Contact support at hello@playforpay.mobi.

11

Closing your account

You may stop using Play for Pay or ask us to close your account at any time. Before closure, request any available payout and resolve open support cases where possible. We may retain limited records when needed for completed transactions, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations, as explained in the Privacy Notice.

Account closure does not cancel rights or obligations that arose before closure. Sections covering intellectual property, confirmed transactions, dispute handling, and legal limitations remain effective when they naturally continue.

12

Third-party services and intellectual property

A quest may take you to a game, advertiser, offer provider, app store, or payout provider. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Play for Pay is responsible for its own service and does not control the independent operation of third-party products.

Play for Pay’s name, branding, software, artwork, text, and interface are protected by intellectual-property laws. We give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service except where applicable law expressly allows it.

13

Availability and changes

We work to keep Play for Pay available and records accurate, but maintenance, partner systems, network conditions, and events outside our reasonable control can interrupt the service. We may add, change, pause, or retire features and future quests.

We will not use a platform change to remove an available, confirmed reward. When a material change affects an active quest or your legal rights, we will provide reasonable notice and any choice required by law. The rules shown when you start a quest will remain the reference point for its review unless a change is required by law or is more favorable to you.

14

Consumer rights and responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a mandatory consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Any other limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law and with regard to the nature of this service.

Play for Pay provides opportunities to earn extra gaming rewards; it is not an employer, bank, or investment service. You remain responsible for your device, connectivity, account security, permitted gameplay, and any personal tax or reporting duties. We do not provide personal tax advice.

15

Law, disputes, and updates

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without taking away any mandatory protections or court rights you have under the law of your country of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, you and Play for Pay should first try to resolve the issue through support. You may also use any consumer complaint or alternative-dispute process available to you under applicable law.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, partners, or law. We will date the new version and provide additional notice before a material change takes effect. If a change requires your consent, we will ask for it. Questions about these terms can be sent to Apptrust Sp. z o.o. at hello@playforpay.mobi.
