Who can join
Play for Pay is for adults aged 18 or older who are physically located in a supported country. Use the service only for yourself and only where rewarded gaming offers are permitted.
Each quest can have its own country, device, operating-system, new-player, timing, or capacity requirements. We show those details before you start so you can choose a quest that fits.
Keep one accurate account
Use one Play for Pay account with accurate, current information. Keep it personal and secure. Do not share, sell, buy, transfer, or create duplicate accounts. If your email, country, device, or security details change, update them or contact support.
One accurate account helps game partners match genuine progress and helps us resolve support questions faster.
Check the quest card first
Review the goal, reward, deadline, eligible device and country, new-player requirement, purchase condition if any, and other displayed rules before you begin. The quest card is your reference for what needs to be completed.
Choose freely. You never need to start a quest, and you should skip any quest whose time, purchase, or gameplay requirements do not suit you.
Start through Play for Pay
Use the Play for Pay start button or tracked link and continue on the eligible device. This creates the connection that lets the game partner report your progress back to your quest record.
Installing or opening the same game through another link, a previous installation, a different device, or an ineligible account can prevent the activity from matching, even when the gameplay itself is genuine.
Play normally and fairly
Complete each quest yourself through normal gameplay. You are welcome to play at your own pace within the displayed deadline and to use accessibility features or ordinary device settings that the game allows.
Do not use bots, scripts, click automation, altered devices, false identity or location details, duplicate installs, shared accounts, unauthorized payments, collusion, fabricated screenshots, or any method designed to imitate genuine progress.
Understand your status
Tracking means a partner event has reached your record. Confirming means the game or offer partner is checking the milestone. Available means the reward is ready in your Play for Pay balance. Reversed means a previously reported event was later cancelled or found ineligible, with a reason available through support.
Some partners report quickly and others take longer. Your quest record is designed to keep those steps visible while confirmation is completed.
Rewards and payouts
When an eligible milestone is confirmed, its reward moves to your available balance. The payout screen will show the supported method, any minimum balance, expected timing, and any applicable fee before you confirm a withdrawal.
Play for Pay is a way to earn extra rewards from eligible game quests, not a job or salary. Quest availability and reward values vary, so choose quests for entertainment and participate only when the displayed reward and requirements make sense for you.
Purchases are always a choice
Most gameplay can be enjoyed without spending. If a milestone requires a purchase, that requirement and the reward must be shown before you start. Never spend more than you are comfortable spending or assume that an unrelated purchase will qualify.
Refunded, cancelled, unauthorized, or charged-back purchases do not qualify for a purchase-based milestone. Store and game refund rules are set by the seller that processed the transaction.
If progress is missing
Contact support with the quest name, milestone, approximate completion time, and device. If available, include authentic screenshots or receipts that you are permitted to share. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, bank-login details, or unrelated sensitive information.
We will compare your information with the quest rules and partner record. Evidence helps us investigate; when a quest depends on a partner event, support may need that partner to confirm it before a reward can be added. Email hello@playforpay.mobi.
Fair reviews and corrections
A reward may be paused, corrected, or reversed when a milestone was outside the displayed rules, a purchase was refunded, the same event was reported more than once, account details were inaccurate, a technical record was corrected, or there is reliable evidence of unfair play.
We aim to apply the same rules to every player. When we take action, we will use the available records, act proportionately, and provide a reason and support review path when it is lawful and safe to do so.
Account action
A security or fair-play review may temporarily limit an account while we check the relevant activity. Material or repeated violations can result in rejected rewards, suspension, or closure. Honest mistakes and technical issues will be considered on their facts.
You can ask support to review an account decision. Confirmed balances remain subject to the Terms & Conditions, unresolved chargebacks, legal restrictions, and substantiated fraud findings.
Your responsibilities and rule updates
Keep your device and account secure, follow the game’s rules, use only payment methods you are authorized to use, and handle any personal tax or reporting duties that apply to your rewards.
We may update these rules as Play for Pay, partner requirements, or applicable law changes. We will date material updates and provide additional notice when appropriate. The rules displayed when you start a quest remain the reference point for that quest unless a change is legally required or more favorable to you.
